Introducing the New
Tour Pro VGS
What's different
The Tour Pro VGS builds upon the features of the original Pro VGS, offering enhanced functionality and new gameplay elements. It’s not meant to replace the original but to provide a more advanced and immersive way to play. Designed for experienced players seeking additional features, the Tour Pro VGS will require some practice to master. We recommend it for players already familiar with Second Life golf.
New Features
-
Two New Clubs
The addition of a 3-iron and 4-iron gives you a complete PGA regulation bag of 14 clubs. Irons have a higher trajectory and less roll compared to fairway woods, making them ideal for precise and predictable landings on greens. -
Fade and Draw
Shape your shots like a pro! The Fade and Draw feature allows you to curve the ball slightly, whether to navigate bends in the course or to combat wind conditions. This advanced technique simulates real-life ball spin, where the ball leaves the club face at a slight angle opposite to your desired curve, then arcs back toward your intended direction.-
Wind Influence: Use Fade or Draw to counteract wind by curving the ball into the wind, or be mindful that it may amplify wind effects if shaped in the same direction as the wind. For example, applying Fade with a strong left-to-right wind will push the ball even farther to the right.
-
Landing Effects: The simulated spin also affects how the ball behaves upon landing, making it a valuable tool for approach shots, especially on perpendicular greens or near hazards.

Emotion MoCaps
Celebrate your moments of glory or express frustration—this is golf, after all! The new Emotion MoCaps feature lets you bring your reactions to life. Click the ! icon to access the animations window and choose from various expressive motions.
TOUR PRO CLUB AND BALL COMPATIBILITY
Since Tour Pro has different ball mechanics, it will require the 2.0 balls to work.
However, your current 1.6 clubs will work with all systems.
